Reading List

Please consider using your local bookstores when purchasing books

In my free time, I love browsing through books and learning new information about self-care and psychology. I even started a book club with other therapists to discuss our favorites! I have always kept a running list of the books that I’ve found really powerful and love to share it in hopes that someone else will enjoy one. Some are for fun, some are educational, but there is always something to learn.
